1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Mankind Reborn, a game project operated under the NULLFRAME brand (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies, including the Gameplay Guidelines and other rules incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
2. Operator
The Service is operated under the brand name NULLFRAME. Mankind Reborn is a project developed, published, and maintained under the NULLFRAME brand.
References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to the operators and contributors acting under the NULLFRAME brand.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Access may be suspended or terminated if eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use unless caused by our failure to maintain reasonable technical security measures.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Use of the Service must comply with all published rules, policies, and guidelines, including the Gameplay Guidelines. Violations may result in suspension, termination, restriction of access, data removal, or other enforcement actions.
5.1 Prohibited Tools and Modifications
You may not use cheats, bots, automation, unauthorized third-party software, or any method that modifies the game client, intercepts communications, or provides an unfair advantage.
5.2 Game Integrity Actions
To preserve fair play and Service stability, we may remove items or currency, reverse transactions, roll back characters, reset progress, or restrict features, even if no account suspension or termination is applied.
6. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions intended solely to support development of the Service.
Donations do not constitute purchases and do not grant ownership, control, voting rights, or guaranteed access to features, content, timelines, services, or continued operation. Any perks or rewards associated with donations are discretionary and may be modified, delayed, revoked, or discontinued at any time.
Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, hosting services, analytics tools, or payment processors.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in conduct that harms the Service, its users, or its infrastructure.
Upon termination, all access rights immediately cease. Termination does not entitle you to compensation or refunds, except where required by law.
9. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an experimental, evolving, and best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, data preservation, feature availability, or continued operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NULLFRAME, the Service, and all operators and contributors acting under the NULLFRAME brand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or service interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of:
- The total amount paid by you to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or
- Zero (0) United States dollars if the Service was provided free of charge.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Official contact methods and support channels, if available, will be provided through the Service or its official communication channels. No guarantee is made regarding response times or availability.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
15. Survival and Hierarchy
The Gameplay Guidelines and other published rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If a conflict exists, these Terms control.
Sections relating to enforcement, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and any obligations which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination of these Terms.
